Illinois Valley Kennel Club members meet once a month to discuss club events, volunteer opportunities, and more. Membership includes yearly dues, volunteering at our May show, attending conformation classes, and supporting their fellow club members at conformation shows.

Monthly Meetings
We meet once a month at a local Peoria restaurant to discuss our latest club news, work on event planning, and catch up on our fellow club members’ latest events.
Volunteering
IVKC members help set up for the May dog show and volunteer during the 4-day show. Some members volunteer in positions as club officers or members of the board.
Fellowship & Mentorship
As a member of Illinois Valley Kennel Club, you’re able to rely on the experience and know-how of your fellow club members. At most shows in the area, you’ll be able to find fellow IVKC members.
Classes & Events
IVKC typically holds two conformation classes a year, one dog show a year, as well as social events like member holiday parties and picnics.
